You deffinitely need to provide more information like what message you receive and when,otherwide it sounds like "i get into my car and cannot drive it,please help me to solve it".
alright so when i try to unlock i just get that message saying can't connect to head server, and it's says that my firewall is blocking it, i've checked my firewall fixed the block still won't let me unlock/play online
