We going to do a practice race a week before the event on sunday 14th June 20:00 cest. After a short 15 minute qualifying we will do a 2 hour long race. This will happen on the "CityLiga Grid 3" Server
I'm a little bit confussed ^^. Do you mean the handbrake / E-break that locks up you reartyres? Or is there a LFS-related tool named "handbrake" that i'm not aware of? ^^
In the first case, i didnt know any reason to ban it
Yes, the E-Brake. Was seeking clarification since I believe excessive use of it is banned in other leagues since it is not very realistic to handbrake turn in a GTR car.
But if it is not banned, then we shall edit our race setup around handbrake
Nothing about it in the rulebook which is why I asked for clarification, Thilo.
In the qualifying, all drivers have to set a lap time?
All drivers:
The starting line-up for the Cityliga 10 hours of Westhill is determined by the qualification. It runs from 12th June 2015 22:00:00 UTC 'til 18th June 2015 21:59:59 UTC. The qualification time of a team is the average of all team drivers' best laptimes. Teams with drivers who have no laptime will be sorted behind teams with in which all drivers are shown with lap times.
All drivers have 10 laps each available. A lap counts, as soon as the first sector is completed. This means that until then a lap can freely be aborted without the lap being charged.
For the qualifying order and the team times (med of all driver times) i wrote a little skript which gives you a neat little table (the information there provided without guarantee)
Thanks for the hint, i ve fixed the problem. Should wörk now (There was a problem with lower and upper caxe lfs names )
No the event wont be streamed, at least not by us (the CL Orga) since with will have both hands full administrating the race . But if you or an other driver want to stream (for example on twitch) feel free to do so and post a link to your stream
Well... I can set something up like I did for the last season of GenR league. On Twitch instead of Youtube.. Not much of a problem, only eats two server slots. (Me and remote stream computer).
stream would be great
If you can not commentate for full 10 hours maybe you can do the start and then every 2nd full hour or something?

Maybe interessting here too, a video from the last CL endurance race. (in 2014) http://cityliga.de/index.php/de/forum/media/516-video-1000-km-race#4168

We are in contact with cargame.nl. He would like to do the stream. There is only a minor issue. He would take up two additional Serverslots and depending on how many teams finally start, there only a couple for slots left which could become a bottleneck durring driver change, but we will discuss this. Right now we tend towards streaming /w commentary
BTW:
Only 36 h left in qualifying for the 10 hours of Westhill. Right now there are four teams, where all named drivers did a time:
1. Bonsaifighter
2. Error Minds
3. Race Green Autosports FZR
4. 54 Heroes of Racing
See here for the full ranking: http://ronaldg.de/CL-Tracker-Teamlisting/makeranking.php
After the qualifying is over, no more team-changes will be allowed.
Are you going to put any protection to buggy curb part?
you mean the inner cerb in the righthander before the bridge in the 3rd sector. Can be buggy sometimes, yes, so just try to avoid it , we wont take any meassures in this regard
