Hi all

I have purchased a rockcandy 360 controller which works fine with the 360.

but when connected to my pc it reads it fine but i cant seem to seperate the triggers in game,

Ive downloaded the xbcd program buy it doesnt read my controller which im guessingis to do with the fact its a 3rd party device.

Does any one else have any ideas how to get the triggers seperated?
it is only reading the axis as one axis not 2

In LFS: Options - Controlls: there is option to set seperate or combined axes.
Probally have to do the same in windows/driver software too.

Ive already set the axis as seperate but no luck.
At the moment i have to press down the brake trigger and then press accelerate for the car to move

Xbox controllers only support split axis on the triggers when using the XInput API. LFS only supports DirectInput which Microsoft made the decision to unify the triggers into 1 axis.

That said, now that Scawen has implemented DX9, XInput would be a more feasible thing to implement as an option.

Perhaps create a bug post requesting XInput, citing this post!
