Im curious, If i buy a s2 licence do i get the s1 cars or do i have to buy both to gett allt he cras?

S2 licence includes S1 and S2 content.

Actually no, S2 does not include S1. You can't get S2 without S1 though.
S1 and S2 cost £12 each. So if you go from demo to S2 you have to pay £24.

S1 license = demo content + S1 content - £12
S2 license = demo content + S1 content + S2 content - £24

S2 license costs £24, although you could say that the S2 content alone costs £12. But it's not sold separately.
