Where can i find details on s3 and will it be free for s2 users?

There are no official details revealed,just Scawen's plans about releasing new content "S3" eventually (currently plans include Rockingham,some other track and few cars). Also it is asumed that LFS S3 will cost 36 pounds for new account or just 12 pounds to S2 licence owners.
