Westhill textures didn't work out as i planned, so maybe in the future i'll try again

On first look, Westhill is very close to Blackwood in terms of the textures used. There aren't many Westhill textures in the dds folder, atleast one or 2 are also Blackwood textures. I haven't seriously checked it all out yet. But as soon as I got S2 I imagined doing a Westhill update.

Southcity. Now that's a scary proposistion, as Honey points out. Plus I already think it looks really good. Definately on the 'last to do' list..
