You have an invalid texture, that is called XF_plastic1. It is invalid for some reason, and that reason is the texture is not square.

Is it that hard to understand?
You have downloaded a texture that is done for an older version where square textures were not mandatory. You can simply resize the texture so it is square, or you can look for another pack that complies the requirements to work.
