If you rent a server (modified / tweak server), all the hosters can.
Just the server must be private and then put the command in the chat server :
/modified yes

Did you tryed using tweak on that maded host? You will get oos error or "Cars don't match host cars". These /modified=yes command it is not what it should be, it only prevent you to get CPW ban.

i talk about legal host.

I could run it for free on my VPS. Bandwidth and ping is pretty good but it likes to timeout every couple of hours.

How can i make my server like 42D multimod? like everyone can have what mod they want and tweak etc?
