Posting skins for non-demo cars is fine, as the CMX viewer doesn't require a license to view S1-3 cars, and the templates are available for all to use.
It's only the posting of screenshots of the skins from in-game that would get you into trouble. Screenshots from the CMX viewer would be fine though.

You shouldn't post modded content on the LFS forums, it will get you banned

Then it's the responsibility of your team to upload the skin themselves. In other words, the person who will be using it.

1) Better not use capital letters - it looks like you are shouting.

2) You don't need a license to upload skins. You can make a £3 payment for many skin slots, even as a demo racer.
