I tried to make local hos ( local network )
using modified cars ,,
when I join from another Clients ,,
I meet messages :
OOS - CAR
JOOS - CAR

How can I solve that and play using modified cars without this messages ??
How can I made pure Server can accept any car model without these messages ??

That's called VOB modding and it is not allowed here.

EDIT: JOOS means you are having problems with LFS which means you modified or tweaked it.
Reinstall LFS and don't use VOB mods again and you won't have problems.

I need to use VOB mods , in the local network ,, The clients asked for that .. and I can't refused their request ..
especially some shops did it ,,

notice : all clients when play see the others like their car ..

explain : when I played at that shop I select Caprice car ..
soo I saw all cars as Caprice ,, but in the real they was playing with
Nissan
Toyota
Chrysler

and so on ,,

the question now : how can I do like that ?? because the owner of that shop prevent me to see how he did it ,, ?

Get money and go to your local car shop to buy a one from specific manufacturer shop or if in your country does have specific used car shop, I think you might find specific car there.

3. Don't come to an official game forum when using cracks (Driven distance: 0 Km).

JOOS doesn't have to be either you've modified LFS file or that you change your car's parameter.
You can get a JOOS by simply joining/switching server too fast.
