Since the new Blackwood has changed the order of configurations, most BL2/R and BL3 setups on the Car Setups page are now in the wrong place.

So I guess all setups uploaded up to the 0.6R release date should be renamed?

Solution would be if everything was same but Historic layout was bl3 (or 4) ?

Yeah indeed, but Eric decided to reorder it instead, just like he did with the new Westhill, so WE1 is now National instead of International. It looks better in the in-game list, so the Historic config isn't shown after Car Park, but it does create these compatibility issues.
