Ok I think we need a thread where you post a picture of your non-wheel controller.

I've been using this last 2 years (I use only the bar for steering, then kb for everything else, I can say this is very ergonomic steering device - no pain even after 2hrs racing)

Mouse user here. Just regular mouse controls for racing, but I use the mouse-wheel hybrid controls trick for cruising (where you accelerate/brake by moving the mouse up or down). It's better for cruising because it helps you save fuel and tires, but it's extremely difficult to consistently drive fast with this control scheme, so I only use it for cruising.

I have the exact gamepad as UM21 and also it's wired brother too. But I don't use it for LFS though,gamepad is too sensitive for LFS for my taste.

Dualshock 3, although I wish LFS had linear steering rather then exact-point steering for controllers.

It makes the cars extremely hard to drive
