Can anyone tell me - if I want to run two computers on network at home, to have a local only two player race - do I need to have a license on each machine, or can register my existing licence on both?

Any advice appreciated on this.

Pretty sure that you can do this on a single license, as long as its on your OWN network in your OWN home, on your OWN machines .

Just unlock on the 2nd networked machine using the same account info

Just note that if you decide to play in an online game (IE. not on the network) that you will be unable to play with both computers on the same server. So, you will be limited to those two computers and AI if you want to race someone on your network.

Just a heads up LAN only you can use the same unlock on two computers, internet gaming every computer must have a different unlock.
