You get another unlock added to your account every Friday, until you have three. If you need another one before Friday, you can contact the devs by email explaining the situation.

Yes, you'll get one more every Friday. Once you have used this Friday's key, you will receive 1 more on each of the next 2 Fridays (this gives you the maximum of 3 usable keys) which can be used on other computers, or kept in reserve for when you need to re-install LFS in an emergency.

If you do have multiple installs, remember that you can only use one at a time.
