Hi, I play multiplayer my my brother and cousin, he chooses a skin downloaded from the net, but when we start the race there is a notice on the top left saying the SKIN XXXXXXXX is not found or something like that so he can´t play or have to choose a generic skin that comes on the game.

The question is why does it happen? shouldn´t the skin he chooses can be downloaded on the game in order we all can see it and he could rade?

I´m host, why does it happen? should he have to get the skin from LFS.net in order it automatically the skin is downloaded and could be visible for anyone?

The skin needs to be uploaded to LFSWorld - https://www.lfs.net/account/skins - in order to be used online.

Many of the skins that are posted on the LFS forum may not have been uploaded yet, if at all, and many more still have probably been taken off LFSW by their owners and replaced with newer skins when they run out of space.

In these cases, you'll need to upload the skin yourself. Hope this helps

thanks, sorry to ask a similar question .... so in order my brother and I could see the skin that my cousin is using I have to ask him to upload that skin on the link you sent me?, so as it says it is about 75 skins per LFS member? all of us should be logged in before playing or it doesn't matter?

If he doesn't upload the skin, the other option is that he should send us that particular skin to my brother and I and we have to drop it inside the SKIN folder in our games? (so it would be a "manual" option)

If you want all other people to see your skins, you need to upload them there. If you choose the manual method, obviously only you two will be able to see them.

The skins will always be until you decide to delete them and they will not be seen, nor will they be able to use the players ...
