Demo users can upload skins too, though they have to pay for it.

I think what he meant was could someone who was also into this car make a public skin for everyone to use:



Marc: There's no guarantee - you might get lucky if someone else thinks it's a good idea, but it's just as likely that everyone is too busy... You'll just need to see what happens.
