Not that anyone here would do that, but it picks up issues that malwarebytes doesn't.
Porn is one of the least likely way to get viruses (in fact most porn sites are way less intrusive then you're normal video streaming site like YouTube or DailyMotion), that was made up by parents in the early 2000s to scare their kids off from watching porn.
P.S. AVs are still popular, even more so now, and there's a thousand times more viruses now then a decade ago - going without one is just silly.
I mean, unless you run random .exe's you grabbed off piratebay, or got in an email attachment from a Nigerian prince, or found on a USB drive dropped near your office, you're probably going to be fine without one
