Hi guys,

I've a small question for a friend of mine, he loves to draw those manga-kanga-japanese things with pencil and on paper. But no he saw some pics of manga drawings done with a computer. And he wondered with what programs you can make such drawings on a pc ?
They're just like you draw something with pencil & paper, but done on a pc.. Any of you experts can help me out please ?

PS: names alone are good enough, even better if you know something freeware-ish to test it out for a month or so

you either draw the outline, scan it in and use photoshop pen tool, or if you have a steady hand, just use pen straight away. or get one of those graphics tablet things.

^^^ (usb-)drawing tablet...needs a bit training w this,
but if u got it once its like riding a bike (or a wom.n )

the only way i know of doing manga cars is pixel by pixel, which can really be done in any paint program including MSPaint (obviously not a first choice, but it is possible)

which do you mean by manga cars; there are japanese style car drawings like here: http://myspace-690.vo.llnwd.net/00612/09/60/612060690_l.jpg

erm..he didnt say anithing bout cars, just japanese manga stuff his friend draws...but maybe u should ask him 2 do some cars "in style", gianni

true.. but this is a racing game forum so i guess its somewhat implied (well.. to me atleast lol)
