There it is clearly stated that S3 license owner can do with the S3 license code they had won whatever they want but not to sell it.

Just won a tournament. Had great fun on the server and managed to improve my pb by 1 second too. Sedona would recommend as you will get a nice reward at the end of it. Enjoy and good luck.Smile
