i was thinking caterham from the first pic and now with the second pic it definately looks like a caterham but with somekind of wide body kit.

Its made here in Czech republic and its called Kaipan 14.The name Kaipan is also the name of the manufactur.
They usually made copy of Lotus Seven not this case ofcourse.
