I dont Mean To Beat This In The Ground But?
Is the Logitec Driving Force Pro the hands down best overall wheel? I keep reading post about pedal problems. Is there a better made wheel i should look into to aviod those problems? Does any wheel setup come with a clutch? and gear shifter?
its a great wheel. deffinatly worth the money. but the pedals will probably break after 8 months . then u just call logitech and they send replacement.

Is the replacement a one time deal or do they switch them out everytime they break.
Just make sure you get a revision B wheel which doesn't use the crappy plastic pots.
upp, Rev.B00 all the way. You see that numer only inside the box.

when did they change over to Rev B as i'm seriously thinking about buying a DFP?
DFP is an great wheel! I've never (touch wood) had any problems. No it doesn't come with a clutch but it has got a sequential gear shifter.
You probably have a wheel you're gonna replace, right? Use the throttle from that as a clutch! There's a thread over at RSC about how you do it if you are unsure.

a year ago...you should not get any more rev.A sets...as long as you don't buy it in a small shop were the owner has clear it from an inch of dust first.
Just buy the damn thing. It'll blow you away.
I haven't had any problems with pedals so far, only thing bugging me is that every time I start to play LFS, I have to unplug my Rumblepad. But that's not a big deal.
