I need talked through a wheel setup.. i have a g920 but nothing works and when the race starts my car just sits bangin of the rev.. please someone help.. i wanna play so bad

Have you plugged every thing into the right spot under the wheel?

Yes. Its like the throttle brake and clutch are on full blast without me pushing anything.. ive been stuck for an hour

If i push the brake in the car rolls.. i push the throttle the rpms drop.. its all a** backwards

You might need to toggle "Invert" for your throttle/brake/clutch axes.
