Driving Force Pro Settings for LFS2
Hallo,

I bought LFS2 and later the Driving Force Pro. But I have two Problems, LFS is my first sim and DVP is my first wheel.

It´s really cool to drive with the wheel, cool feeling thanks to FF, but at the moment I am using the default settings for Logitech Profiler (Gaming Software) and LFS2 (ingame). So I wanted to ask you people here if you can give me some hints for a better Racefeeling.

Which settings are you using for the Wheel? Are you using the 900° or other settings? For the BF1 and the other cars the same settings or different? 900° should be a little bit to much for the BF1 or not?

Enable Centering Spring = OFF

Report Combined Pedals = OFF
Degrees Of Rotation = 270°

Ingame-

Wheel turn: 270°
Wheel turn compensation: 1.00
Force Strength: between 25 and 50 depending on the car

SRY! But thx for the Link.

@Bean0

First of course thx for link and settings, but I am a little bit surprised, why are so many people using that low FF settings and spring and damper 0!

I have to test later the settings to find the right one for me.

The spring and damper are not needed in LFS, they are for use in 'lesser' games

Also, the DFP has stronger feedback than some other wheels, so people either lower the control panel value or the in-game one.

Tip: use '<' and '>' keys to adjust the ffb when driving instead of adjusting it in the options.
I was now testing with 270°, 540° and so on, but I have one problem. The FF is not blocking after 270° it doesn´t matter if I am turning left or right side the wheel. At that point where it should block its like an airhole an I can turn it more and more.

Is it possible to fix that?

Make sure you are using the 4.60 drivers from www.wingmanteam.com, and set the rotation in the control panel.
I am using 4.60.349 and set 270°controll panel, logitech profiler and ingame LFS.
You have to set both: Wingman to 420 AND LFS to 420 for example...
my sig
when you 1st plug the wheel in and install wingman software it should run you through a callibration process where you turn the wheel left and right and press the pedals. then you turn the spring effect and damper effects alll the way down in global profiler. or create a profile specificly for lfs.

That never happend.
I cant remember it either.

Btw, when you use logitech program...isn't it going to conflict with the windows configuration of the wheel?

I didn't touch that (so rotation was set at 200).
