i use a friend account til i can upgrade mine
License sharing is not legal either!
why not? im not paying him for use it , just friend sharing , its just for some days , in the middle of july i will get payed so i will upgrade to s2

As long as you don't have your own licence,sit patiently and quitly with "your friends account" and don't post stuff to which you have no legal access.
We're here in forums have read tons of "I use friend's/brother's/sister's/aunt's/grandfather's/Krusty the Clown's account". It does not matter who's account it is,as long as it's not yours,you should not come here with any claims. As simple as that.

Don't know about legality but as an lfs account owner you and your friend has made an agreement with lfs when creating/purchasing the account.
The terms are clear and with sharing the account info you will be violating the point 3.4 in the LFS terms&conditions
