Not able to get rid of old pinned file, even if somehow manage to delete it and add new file, after adding new file old one is back with it.

Hmm what do you mean by a pinned file? Do you have a link to it perhaps?

and when i tried deleting the file https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/658678426198343680/752618225656922261/unknown.png pressing del and then either update or submit didnt deleted old file.
