could someone edit the xrt turbo dash so it has these dials and cd player

Dials are made in real time, and cannot be altered (yet).

CD-Players are not for race cars, but if you want to add them, download the dds plug-ins for Paint Shop Pro/Photoshop, and copy and paste it yourself.

You can see from the in-game screenie, the program overwrites the spaces left for the 3 gauges, with its own stuff. You can stick your little spitfire gauges on the dds pic though if you want, only they will not function.
