I am in auto cross single player race and while driving using Logitech G29 wheel and shifter sometimes (quite randomly) escape menu appears.
I am not pushing any buttons or changing gears when this happens.

It is really annoying because it distracts a lot and the force feedback is turned off while escape menu is active.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

That sounds like a strange problem. It could be an issue with the wheel.

Even though you are not pushing any buttons when this happens, make sure that none of your wheel or shifter buttons is mapped to the escape function.
Also make sure that your computer keyboard is not touching any object and accidentally pushing the escape key.

Make sure that your wheel's USB cable is plugged in properly. A USB 2.0 port is probably safest for the G29.

Currently i am using the wheel via USB3.0 port, will try to change that.

Everything else checks out. Nothing is randomly pressed, no bindings on the wheel to the ESC button
