I look forward to this a lot!!
Make sure to get the handling nice, it's pretty hit or miss with some Japanese car mods.

Of course, dude.
I tune the physics according to my feelings, but for the engine I took references from 1JZGTE and 3UZFE, combining their acceleration curves. I can also say that the car REALLY FEELS HEAVY AS FKK, this is what I was missing in LFS.
Now we have about 365 horsepower, ~ 400 n / m on 4.2 turbocharged V8

Bestly car for drift in LFS mods. Guys, u need try this sheesh,4real.
Car feels great, love the different config options so far too. A 90s config would be sweet Wink
The cars suspension feels good but i noticed you used linear suspension all around :/ would be cool to change that to MacPherson (pretty sure jzx81's run MacPherson struts)
Overall banger mod hyped to see it improve from here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you!
I really want to do exactly the working suspension, as on the standard F1 in the LFS. So you can see huge holes between the rear wheels - there should be a 3d suspension. I will do it soon!
I had my doubts when I saw it's on linear suspension, HOWEVER
This feels alright! I do agree with Jake where it could only feel better on proper suspension.

I do notice also when I make a new drift setup from the existing one, the front suspension raises. I wanna slam it on its nuts but I can't when I make a new setup.

Sweeeet that's exciting. Were testing it right now online to give you some feedback Smile .

Running into a problem where at the lowest height setting the car is still not very low / has a lot of travel left so it clips through the fenders. Check "No springs test" and adjust your max up to set the max low the car can be ( sets the suspension bump stops Wink )

^ Basically what Popn said

Having a blast with the guys drifting it, the points listed above are the only issues really.
Other than that, great mod man. Big grin

Fixed!
New lights for Street version

also fixed some bugs
Looks great! There are 2 minor issues:
1) in the default view, the wheel obstructs all the gauges
2) engine sound has some knock in it, twice a second, that sounds like a wheel lost nuts and is nocking.

Принял к сведению, пофикшу в скором времени.
New suspension!
So, now we have a MacPherson strut in the front, and a double wishbone in the back (like all Toyota Mark IIs). The car has become more difficult to set up, but more responsive to control. The rubber contact patch has changed. Mirrors fixed - now they work (finally!)

IMPORTANT!!!
Presets have been TEMPORARILY deleted
McPherson lower arms should be +-in parallel to ground when suspension height match STOCK car clearance

Now 1/5 for physics

Since this is my first mod - I'm still learning. So I apologize in advance for some unsuccessful builds - I'm trying to learn the LFS Editor xd
Rollback to version without suspension. New weight distribution and configurations - saved, only the old suspension system returned.

I will do some test builds with the new suspension. To be honest, I don't quite understand yet how the right suspension should work, so if someone can give me a ready-made preset to understand the work of the right levers, I will be very happy.
PM me, I have worked on lots of drift cars in real life, including the JZX81. I’m sure I can help you sort out the suspension for it
Few things I wasn’t happy about or questioning.
The drift setup is not a drift setup doesn’t have 0 parallel steer, or negative camber it has positive camber

The tire size not even real 210/50R16… I get if you trying to go for that small tire setup. If that then do a 215/45R16. If not I would personally go Front:235/45R17 Rear:255/40R17. Specially with 400 torque

The interior view and steering position needs work

I find the car a little to light for a turbo V8 and weight distribution seems off. I think 2900-3300 lbs would make more sense and 55-58 front weight distribution. https://www.goo-net-exchange.com/catalog/TOYOTA__MARK_II/1001172/

Trailing arm front and rear? Like the guys said above Jake and popn needs to be double wishbone all around maybe McPherson strut front people out here we can help you

I personally didn’t want a V8 turbo, I wished for a SCREAMING 1JZ! But it’s ok the turbo sounds GREAT! And the engine roars really good, torque is amazing so I’m glad you made it work.

Styling is amazing for sure! Hopefully we get some proper jdm wheels in there!

Keep up the great work man! This will be a hot drift car for sure!
