Hey, its been a while, since you posted, but nobody answered you.

I'd suggest, you try doing a speed test with a Europe server. Maybe your internet speed is to slow.

You can open this website: https://www.speedtest.net/ and change server from bottom right.

Since Europe servers are in Netherland, you can try with a server in Amsterdam and send back the results.
