first of all i started to play LFS 2 or 3 weeks ago so i am newbie,and beside that my knowledge of Photoshop is poor but i menaged to make few skins! YAY! check it out. this one is my first skin "PATRIOTIC ONE"

Try using GIMP or get paint shop pro. Paint isn't the best tool for this, you could do a lot better! And try to recreate real skins, or at least try to match brands/sponsors. Like Alfa romeo isn't using Yokohama, they use goodyear and pirelli, as far as I searched.
