Just heard, JCB just broke the Land speed record for Diesels! I don't know many of the facts yet. all I know is that Andy green and Richard noble have done it again! Well done boys, you make us proud!

The JCBDieselmax got to 365.8mph on its first run and 335.7mph on the return run, giving an average of 350.1mph

Where the hell did that phrase come from anyway? Trains are SLOW at accelerating, people. :doh:
trains pull stuff well, its just the use of the terminology thats wrong
