Big dramas for championship contender Fatal, full report coming later this week
* PENALTIES :
lerssi - is DISQUALIFIED from race results for leaving the car unattended on grid and also foul language. Future misconducts will lead to race ban as the driver has shown very unmature attitude towards the event and fellow competitors in the past.

Easy handling cars have their attraction to masses - the Faik Topo Cup does not have much power,but has slick tyres and a bit of aero downforce to make it quite easy to race. And as always easy drivable cars tend to group up for bumper to bumper racing,which led to few drivers heat up their tempers - there was a lot of action through out the field with plenty of paint trading in classic touring car style.
R.Kardol started the race from 3rd position,but slipped into 2nd position right after start as the polesitter had his problems. After chasing hard his teammate for 2 and a half laps,the dutchman found a way past him to slip in lead - that was the last lead change in the race as the 13-time RTFR racewinner turned himself into 14-time racewinner by leading the last 20 laps,scoring also his 62nd top5 finish. The most successful driver in RTFR history Botsi started from front row and took over the lead soon after green lights,but could not keep it for long and never really got close enough to endanger his teammate's win chances - 2nd place finish for the finn is his 66th top5 finish,still 2nd best in this chart. Unite finished 3rd scoring his 64th top5 finish,setting fastest lap of the race during his chase of leaders which he never caught,that's his 23rd fastest lap,securing his 2nd position in the according chart even more. The all-S1dus top4 was closed by Gábor,who saw his winning streak end yesterday,scoring his 31st top5 finish. Best of the rest was Luuk,who unlike all other top5 finishers never had much success in RTFR - his 9th position in qualifying is an improvement by 2 positions from his previous best of 10 tries,while 5th place finish is a huge improvement from 18th position,which was the better of his 2 previous finishes here. One more driver has to be mentioned here - Fatal set the currently known best laptime of the combo during qualifying scoring his 3rd pole position,but had few too many adventures during the race and finished just 14th.

Next week it's time for RTFR XL - it will also be carried out in Fern Bay,but this time the longest standard configuration will be used. The 6.5km Black configuration will await racers to be tackled with LX4 and will be circled 27 times. That's the planned RGE action for tuesday,but one day before that V8 Racing League will hold it's 2nd round running the new challenging car - don't miss out the action in both events!
