I am buying the S3 license, does the license allow me to download mods from the game, or do i need to download the mods from internet?

You need internet for using mods, when u are on the garage, u can click on mods button, after you can choose the mod You don't need to put the mod by yourself on the game folder!

You will access all the available mods via garage screen - above the currently for demo user available "cars" there will be button "mods",clicking on it opens mod selection screen,which automatically downloads selected mod.
