Depite addition of mods,RTFR will still use all 20 of LFS's own original cars and this tuesday on the list we had one of the least popular cars - the tiny student formula machine created by McGill Racing Team, which is known for it's very eratic handling if not cautios. Still 31 drivers dared to tackle the challenging car in the tricky infield circuit of Rockingham during qualifying,4 of them were not present for start however.
The new world record holder for this combo defended his honor in qualifying by setting fastest laptime and scoring his 15th pole position. The race for Gábor was not much different as he led from green to chequered to score the 20th race win in RTFR. The hungarian however could not get also fastest lap to complete domination, but added 43rd top5 finish to his stats. Despite a very wrong timed experiment of the turn command causing him turned 90° on the grid,R.Kardol still rescued the race by finishing 2nd and scoring his 74th top5 finish. In his 10th RTFR appearance TJ scored his best ever qualifying position - 2nd,making a 2 positions improvement, but finished only 3rd scoring his 6th top5 finish. Doni just repeated his best qualifying position 3rd and also lost one position during the race to finish 4th,which is his 13th top5 finish. Mandula took a break by not attending in the past 24 RTFR races, but made a return with a bang by finishing 5th and scoring his 22nd top5 finish.

RTFR XL is next in the schedule and the upcoming round has a potential to produce as many retirements as the shorter version yesterday - the powerful Pochete GT3 car will be raced on a track that partially consists of Westhill's support roads, including a high speed curved road with plenty of elevation. The Westhill North configuration has been used in RTFR before, once with FXO and most recently with FBM. But in 2 weeks one of the road legal tyres wearing cars will be used in normal RTFR version - some information as always can be noticed in broadcast recording.
