I would be really greatful for some advice about this subject please.
I want to have a lapping registering system something like esl and others leagues have, its something like this.
The server is set to a combo, in pratice session i guess, and then the best lap achieved by a selected list of players is registered on a webpage, every time that one of this racers improves his time, the lap registered on the webpage is updated.

I believe that for starters the server must have insim relay, but i really dont know much more to achieve this, what do i need to do it
