Firstly, is the vehicle mod owner permission required?

Hello, I changed the engine of a Duplato Cargo, a vehicle I like. It has a very slightly modified Xf Gtd engine.
This engine has 144 hp power and 359 nm power.
In the original engine, while the turbo reaches full pressure at 3200 rpm, the vehicle g force is already reduced until this circuit is reached and the 120 hp pleasure is already limited.
With the new engine, you can go uphill with 115 km/h instead of 100 km/h in 5th gear. The turbo also works at full pressure before reaching 3000 cycles.
If you want and show the way, I can make the weight distribution around 56 instead of 54.2. I couldn't find how to do it.
I want the vehicle to be shared as Duplato Cargo Gtd, but I think the authorities will handle it.
I am open to other suggestions. In the vehicle, only the veh file has been processed in the veh file, I share two vehs with the original, both 144hp.

I assume you based your mod on the DUPLATO CARGO mod, which does not have derivatives allowed - see "Derivatives are allowed : NO" at the bottom right of the mod details page. In this case you need to get a permission from the mod author CarlosSainz55 and submit your mod under "private agreement" license.

Thanks. When I got ready to transmit the mod and clicked on it, I got the following error, which I could not resolve.

You cannot build your own 7z archive. It must be created by the LFS editor.

I keep getting errors, I close one error and another one appears. If anyone wants to share, I'm leaving the file I prepared. It is no longer suffered on top of work fatigue. I'll do it anyway if it's easy.
