Sometimes people try to connect to a server, and get an "OOS" error. WHat is OOS anyway?

I'm pretty sure it stands for Out Of Sync. Other than that I don't know much else about it.

Sync - could be anything from cars being different ETC, although sometimes i have some wierd problems (mainly over LAN), where i can only re-connect if i change colours, setups AND cars AND cars allowed on the server :S
