I really doupt my psp7 has that, atleast can't find it

no, PSP doesn't have it, it only has motion blur; photoshop however has radial blur

edit- tristan is right, PSP9 has it (PSP8 does not however)

also, dont buy PSP10, corel bought it and.. basically ruined it, my sister has it on her laptop and its missing (yes.. missing) the features that make basically anything possible in PSP

Tested a dual-screen system a couple of days ago and took some screenshots...

Only the colours have been edited. The dof effect has been left out because it's a wide lense and a sunny day -> high f value for the cameraman

guys its my 1st edit.. and i could've done alotta things to do.. but it would make it look more and more irealistic.. so i kept it as simple as possible...
and now im glad that i got some feedback that i will need in the future edits...
