For a while i've noticed that traction control doesn't really work on AWD/4WD vehicles, tought it was a bug but honestly i haven't seen anyone report it before + maybe it was intentional

Every mod that are AWD won't have a functional TC system even tough it's turned on in the vehicle setup, i was thinking maybe we could make it functional? or maybe get an explanation on why it doesn't work, no need to i don't intent to waste anyone time

It's been reported in some comments before, not sure if there's whole threads about it though. It's a known bug for quite a while.
