I would describe myself as being average, go look at www.digimods.co.uk to see why.

VERY nice.

Did you really get number 2 and 4 in Redline mag.
Between 5 and 10% usually. E.g. if you're doing an indicated 85 it's likely your road speed is about 78 or 79.
Is that law in England?

Yes, both entered into competitions in the virtual section. I have had about 10 cars in Redline. I once had 3 on one page!

Heres one of them, i don't buy redline and don't do virtual cars much. I used to crank out 4 or 5 a week.

Quote from tristancliffe :The speedo might have said 165? Remember, all speedos read high (they have to by law).

Plus if you've changed your tire diameter the speedo is bound to be way out.

These are what I call nicely tuned cars, neither of which are likely to topple over at high speed

First is a (modern) Bentley special I saw at Bentley Drivers, it looked absolutely stunning and in true Bentley fashion still had its auto 'box

Second is the M3 I worked on for work experience (really boring week that was ) good for 175 mph from a 350 bhp, 3 litre 6. There's also an identical red/white car that's got an 5 litre M5 V8 in it, 550 bhp, capable of getting the double ton and the engine is lighter and sits lower than the 6!

That BMW is crazy. It's a beast.

I like them and they're crazy but they just don't look real really.

They're too smoothened. Just looks like plastic really.
Yeh it was meant to be a Matt paint job, not much shine. That was a early one of my cars so it does look dodgy :P
The wheels look to real for the car aswell.
If the wheels looked kinda virtual (which isn't possible) then it would look great.
MY First ever proper photoshop
HI, this is my first proper photoshop, i know it aint very good, but i was just wanting some feedback as to where i can improve it, what looks good, what looks bad and so on.

Yes. AFAIK, speedometers are allowed to over-read by up to 10%, but any under-reading is illegal. Because of this, manufacturers design them to over-read by about 5%, knowing they have a large tolerance either way, this means they throw away less units and make more profit.
This is a photoshop of mine. One of the best I think.

looks good!...my suggestion is if you are going to go with a black and white scheme, then do the signal lights as well. It might just be me, but the orange lights just don't look right in a black and white picture

As for the SRT-10 Ram, you'd be surprised at how well they handle. I got to rip one around Lime Rock Park for awhile(along with every other SRT vehicle). And i was truely amazed at how well it handles. It's no where near any of the cars...but for a truck, it's solid through the corners at speed. Plus it accelerates like a bat out of hell and does some pretty good burnouts..lol

If it wasn't for Car manips, I would probably never have found LFS.
This is probably my best, I done it over two years ago, and was my last.
