Hi, started making 300sl gullwing, since there is no interior with this model, i'll make one myself in editor and i'll share the progress here, this could take some time because im still not that good at modeling.

I haven't decided the name of the car, i thought 2 options, mersoles 300 or mersoles 300ls, you can help me decide which name is better in comments.

For now i've done the groupings and added some mappings.

Started to making the Dashboard.

Added the light textures on model and filled the interior with some basic triangles.

Just wow Brother! Classic masterpiece in LFS, thats what we need, engine suspension etc will be stock?

Yes, all of the specs will be stock, and i'll try to make it as close as to irl

If you can somehow make the doors go up like in real life , this should be one of the best mod

Fixed the door sills, it will have an animated doors.

Improved the dashboard a bit, kipieslim made the gauges for me.

Next, i'll model the shifter and middle part of the interior.

i'll probably take the seats from AHPP's discord, because i don't think i can model the seats with my modeling skils right now.

Then i'll start to make the physics, engine etc.

that's a lot of polygons for a shifter
think "low poly"

Yeah i think you're right, currently its 1.1k triangle, i'll try to reduce it

Edit: Fixed, its now 450 triangle.

Imported the interior, added mappings and tweaked the groupings.(This is just a temporary color, i'll make it colorable)

Next, i'll add the seats.

I forgot the steering wheel so i'll import the model to vehicle editor after i make the steering wheel.

It's ready for review but since the mod will be public, i wanna make sure the physics are good enough.

I just noticed i forgot to add the license plate, will add that too. Also i might add skin support.

Edit: I've decided to make the car private for testing and feedbacks, i'll make it public after the physics are good enough to be public
