Hello readers I'm new to lfs and need ideas of what to do because I only have the demo and don't wanna spend money rn on lfs until I think I should so what should I do?
Hello and welcome to LFS! If you have your gaming inputs all set up (wheel, gamepad, mouse or whatever it might be) - it's time to hit the track! Have you had a go at the 'training' sessions? Some familiarity with Blackwood and the cars would be a good idea before you start racing online.
What's your story; are you just getting into sim racing?
1. Get some training done so that you get a bit familiarized with LFS (watch out for the AI!)
2. Try out the Blackwood grand prix track and the rallycross combinations. I think you can adjust the AI skill level a bit.
3. Try multiplayer (with caution...). Things can be chaotic at first - but most of the time its all good fun.
4. Not sure if its a good thing - but press 4 to see the racing line.
5. You may need to tweak your car "setup" (the default setups are not the best) as you improve your lap times. You can find some here: https://www.lfs.net/files/setups
hotlap for a world record, drive in online pub lobbies, sign onto a league and race in a championship, cruise around, goof around in meme mods, talk to people... Plenty of fun stuff to do around on lfs
The feeling of improving yourself day by day is immensely noice
