Maybe you didn't notice them, or they don't do what you need?

Sorry about that, I forgot about them, because it's been a while since I did those colors and I didn't notice them at the time of the screenshots. You could delete this posts, if you want. Face -> palm Face -> palm Face -> palm
It's probably been mentioned before, but the engine editor doesn't have enough numbers for the graph. (RPM, power, torque)

And having these numbers in a CSV excel or whatever would be gold...
Modern racing digital dashboards have changed a lot, and they contain a lot of different information.

It would be great if the texture on the digital dashboard had data on the best\last\ lap time, sector time, time to the next driver/chaser/leader, position in the race, rpm, selected tires, tire pressure and temperature, as well as indicators of pressure on the throttle pedal and brake pedal (maybe in one bar), and enabled ABS and traction control in the setting.

In addition to the dashboard these indicators will also help to display them on the car itself, as it happens everywhere in motorsport, for example in some GT series position indicators are displayed on the windshield, or in drift competitions pedal indicators are also displayed on the windshield.

Also lockup indicators lights to tell you what corner(s) are locking up slightly/fully under braking. Really helpful in cars without ABS like modern GTP cars
suggestion of engine configs and wheel configs so mod makers dont have to publish 4 different mods made of same model with small changes

example SAAB 9/3 2.0t and 2.3 t so driver can choose what engine and the same with wheels and rims added by mod maker

Mirror is disabled for vehicles without a driver.
It would be nice to be able to have a mirror option even if no driver.

Also if no driver, I cant change the default viewpoint position.

Maybe an option for a camera instead of driver, and another one instead of mirror, and the bility to change their location.

Am building a small unmanned ground vehicle and those features would be nice for it.

I agree, especially on the viewpoint suggestion, it would be nice if mods with no driver could have a custom viewpoint set by the mod creator.

I came to this thread to suggest something else, my suggestion is: because we're starting to see more modern interiors, it would be better, if we could use our own ALPHA dashboard icons, like ABS, Battery, Handbrake, Indicators, Headlights and so on.

BTW. I mentioned this a few months back. I still have issues with one of my mods, because it's door is a rotate object and mirrors don't work outside main object. I could set the mirrors to stay stationary, but since we're on a aim to do it more realistic, that's why I'm mentioning it again.

It's same issue for bike mirrors fixed onto the steering wheel, but Scawen said that mirrors code is very complicated so i wouldn't expect fix before graphics update.
Yeah, you're right. In my case, in theory, they could work until the rotation is triggered since they are stationary before that.
Possible to set a moving subob to move with the Anti Roll Bar and Brake bias on the fly adjustment?

Would also be cool to have adjustable boost level on the fly and tie that to moving subobs as well.
Quote from scania :will secondary powertrain & CVT transmission support in future?

Couldn't agree more, when will we get CVT Transmission? Because im working on a Maverick X3 Turbo R mod but it uses CVT
Hello, I want to ask, i would really like a skin Octavia 1 1.9TDI or Octavia 2 TDI that would be in public mods. Can anyone tell me who to write to or if i can somewho buy the skin ?Thank you for every reply. Smile
I actually suggest so you guys allow a swingarm suspension on 4 wheelers, so we can make Quad bikes, because the sport ones use a swingarm on rear and MacPherson in Front

Introducing a CVT directly would be difficult (I imagine), because it would mean improving the "logic" of the current automatic transmission setting.

What I suggest is adjustable clutch pressure and heat resistance. If you were able to model a clutch that just slips at peak torque and that is very heat resistant, you would basically have CVT behaviour. Low throttle - the RPM stays low and constant (until you approach top speed), high throttle - the RPM climbs to peak torque and stays there. Using these adjustments you could also build a slush box with slow and smooth shifts under high load. The drifting community would profit from a more durable clutch aswell I think.

As far as I can tell, the clutch pressure is scaled to engine torque, vehicle mass, and possibly transmission type. Heat resistance seems to be the same every time. Would be cool to change these values.

Also I would like to have a way to set a maximum brake clamping force. Some historic cars could not lock up their wheels, no matteer how hard the driver tried.

Nvm, figured out i can do it with the normal Trailing Arm, just move it a bit to the right
