Can i make someone unlock me the lfs license while he is in another country?

Like giving giving him my acc and pass and let him unlock it and then unlock it in my personal device.

Ik but i didn't share it cuz i used to play on this guy's device and the account and password is already there

The other person can buy an unlock voucher code and give it to you.
Then you enter the code in your account.
