Hello, I have a problem with mods because I don't want to load the mod list and it says 'socket closed'. How do I fix that? please help me

sometimes it just disappears. I don't know why it worked for me for a while, so I thought that was the end of it. but when I restarted my laptop it came back, I have no idea how it works so I still have it. so is there any solution?

For me it works by restarting the internet and then everything works fine. maybe this is the solution
