This can be interesting for people with quest3 (not sure if it works with quest2 too)
when i bought the q3 last year i tried LFS but after some testing i realised that it was impossible to get rid of the stuttering due to the hz problem of the engine but recently i tried an app on the glasses that allows you to change the hz independently from the meta app for windows and playing with the hz values of the 2 apps there is a combination that allows you to play lfs with almost no stuttering!!!
The app is Quest Game Tuner, should be fixed at 100hz in the Home Evirontment tab and connecting the glasses via quest link with the meta app set to 120hz, and voila!
That trick works great in singleplayer in multiplayer the objects still flicker not all the time but it's not perfect like in sp
