I am a kinda new player and i cant understand why I lose so much grip after 1 or 2 laps with the FBMW

Have you checked the tire temperature? Press F9 or type /status F9 in the chat. I don't think the tires will warm up in one lap, but check anyway.

you're burning the front tyres, probably too much steering lock or locking up under braking (or both).

as the poster above said, pressing F9 shows you the tyre temperature.



if you haven't already, try some setups from here, the default is not very good. I'm a big fan of the Zesty one, used that for a long time.

EDIT: a crude way to make the car less understeery is to stiffen the rear ARB. Or soften the front ARB.

This is the setup i use with mouse controller on BL2. It is quite loose at the rear and generally the rear tyres overheat before the front. I got it from a player called HOP123, I just changed gear ratios a bit.
