Looking for LFS Keyboard Guide by Chensta
Hi Guys,

I was reading MRNL Bob Smith's advanced Setup Guide. In that he references a guide for keyboard setups posted by Chensta on Clean Racers Club Forums (http://www.cleanracersclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=319).

As is the case with most of the older LFS content, this too is lost since the website isn't active. And it isn't archived on waybackmachine also.

Does anyone here happen to have this guide?

I was just curious to see how some of the other keyboard users setup their cars Smile and that guide by Chensta caught my eye.

I've seen you a couple of times on AA Blackwood btw. Thanks for the reply.

I was mainly interested in car setups not control settings Smile but thanks for sharing anyways.

How different is KS from KN? My settings are pretty similar to yours except I'm on KS and my steer rate is .35
I just had a look through my LFS files archive at home, all over ten years old now, sadly I never kept a copy of Chensta's guide either.

Hi, keyboard & mouse user here.
I mostly do rallycross, so I set my car up as follows: (XRG)
- Hybrid tires in the rear, knobbly in the front.
Results in understeer on pavement but gives better control and more rotation on dirt.
(Not sure if it's beneficial)
- Geared for Blackwood Rallycross (1st: 38mph, 2nd: 49mph, 3rd: 69mph, 4th: 85mph and 5th:112mph)
- 65% locking clutch pack LSD
- -0.2 toe in the front
- 900 degree steering
- A little bit more height and stiffness than the default rallycross setup
- -1 degree camber front and rear
- 1004 Nm handbrake (I usually forget to press the clutch so it prevents the car from stalling all the time)

I'm not sure if it is the fastest setup out there, but the fastest lap time I got was an 1:11.86.
Hope it helps!
Btw if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear you out.
