10 years did pass for dreaming something, which was impossible to catch as a reality. Another ten years was to fight mental illness, where was no winning situation.

Life situation is 86% completely different.

So yeah, 20 years is actually long time, but if saying "where it did go?", sounds like not much content there to remember for?

Of course, it is more about how you perceive time.

I guess i meant it more like S1>S2 was a big jump, S3 was expected to be the same jump but in reality it was more like S2.1 .

S1/S2/S3 is just about the cars & tracks nowadays, while the physics, graphics etc. are unrelated to that. Vehicle mods was a bigger thing introduced in 2021. I think the upcoming graphics update could be something "big" that you describe (dynamic day/night cycle, better graphics, overhauled tracks, 1000Hz physics etc.).
