Quote from serg-.- :hello! There is no Argentine peso so it still costs us 23.88 dollars! no change for us

I forgot to add that our beautiful government charges us 65% tax for foreign purchases
Good

That's wild, especially for digital services! So does the 24$US price tag include tax or not? Because if it does, that seams reasonable to me. I think regional price differences are supposed to account for economic imbalance, but not to offset political rulings. :/

to the 24 $ we must add 65% and depending on which credit card we use they have another tax!
Sorry to revive the post, but it would be great to revisit the topic on prices for argentina, it is still heavily taxed.
I've driven casually on demo since before the tires flexing and logo thing, i would like to purchase a license is long overdue for me.
Thanks!
It doesn't seem possible for them to make a discount. I don't think you know about the gap in license payments, but it's better if you don't.
It also doesn't seem to be particularly beneficial for Scawen to basically give away licences in a country just becuase that country has a particularly high sales/"import" tax.
I understand, but brazil and bolivia next to me has a step better in price while being easier to aquire digital goods.

we know other countries that aren't as bad economically have cheaper prices, some of us (not me particularly) but I mean i've heard arg people having to buy the license with vpn, or asking friends from other countries to buy for them... so its an issue, a silent one but still
I wonder what the situation is in Argentina now, I think it may have had some economic turmoil since 8 years ago when we set the country bands, and Argentina was set in the middle band of three.

It's quite a long time ago now and maybe it is time for us to re-evaluate the high, medium and low income countries. I can't just set it though, it's a thing in our database and we would have to get the results and study it a bit and make sure we do the correct and fair thing. I think I will ask Victor about it.

I am very grateful for the response, even if it does not get changed as requested, that you take the time to review the matter is greatly appreciated.

It was not appropriate to disclose this issue, but speaking of which, we received a lot of offers on this subject. Of course we refused.
I have done some research today. Based on income data I was able to move Argentina and Chile from the middle price band into the lower price band.

As I understand it both of these South American countries have had some economic turmoil in the past 8 years that have affected the average income.
Well cant put in words how grateful i am at the moment. Im onboard!
That is truly lovely.
